MONTLHERY CIRCUIT
In 1924, the Linas-Montlhéry circuit was born, quickly becoming an emblematic venue for automobile competitions. The banked bends, witnesses of the glorious past, have welcomed legends such as René Dreyfus, winner of the Prince Rainier Cup in 1935, and Jean-Pierre Wimille, victorious of the Paris Race in 1936 (French drivers).
In 1958, the Ferrari, sporting the number 3, won thanks to the iconic crew of Phil Hill* and Olivier Gendebien*. This original work captures much more than just a visual scene. It crystallizes the historical echoes of Montlhéry, where the alliance between the Ferrari, its emblematic number, and the curves of the circuit evokes a timeless ballet of speed. Every detail tells a story, every curve resonates from a bygone era when Montlhéry was the scene of automobile exploits.
